Creamy, racy and fun, this offers inviting aromas of green apple, wisteria and aromatic herb. The vibrant palate delivers Bartlett ear, citrus and thyme accompanied by an elegant, continuous mousse. It has a crisp, dry close
Bright, shocking pink. Ripe watermelon, pink grapefruit and white pepper. So bright and refreshing. Finishes clean and with great push.

Aged in wood, this is the latest iteration of the producer's nonvintage cuvée based on the 2015 vintage It is impressive in its white-fruit richness that is perfectly balanced by intense acidity. Bottle aging has added to the Champagne's complexity. This is a fine wine that is ready to drink
Calafuria shows the quality of Negroamaro in Rosé form, opening with a dusty display of dried flowers and spice, then evolving further to reveal notes of chamomile-laced crushed yellow apple and sweet melon. This is soft-textured, energized by zesty acids that combine with a harmonious inner sweetness and a hint of effervescence to create a fully satisfying expression. Inner rose and young strawberry linger long though the juicy finale.
With its racy verve, subtle complexity and just a tinge of sweetness, it’s a perfect companion for both sweet and spicy dishes... or simply on its own. Refreshingly complex on the palate
Notes that are citrusy, slightly spicy and fragrant with precise scents of citron and white flowers. The mouthfeel is saline with a very distinct acidity due to both the particular nature of the grape and the ‘nordic’ weather during the growing season. The wine closes with a subtle persistence yet a nice length.

Fresh and spicy pear, lime and green apple flavors show details of matcha, peach blossom and honeysuckle in this white, which offers nice complexity and balance, with plenty of fresh acidity. Grenache Blanc, Roussanne, Viognier and Marsanne
Susumaniello is a little-known red-wine grape from Puglia, southern Italy. Grown almost exclusively in the Salice Salento area, it ranks among the world's rarest wine grapes. Not only is it rare but it is also makes an incredible wine! Amazing balance of dark black fruit, prunes, raisins, licorice, and dried herbs with silky tannins and a long finish. Chef Drew's Highest Recommendation.

Bold and richly textured on the palate with an intensity and purity of fruit reflected in notes of wild blueberries, plum, and black currants. A light dusting of tannin's provides structure and a long finish that is boueyed by fresh juicy acidity.
We find that our wines are most warmly embraced by sommeliers, chefs, wine geeks and collectors, who recognize and appreciate graceful balance, textural complexity and tension, freshness and clean aromatic lift, youthful wines with many years ahead of them.

The Hilt's 2016 Pinot Noir Sta. Rita Hills is excellent, wafting from the glass with an exciting bouquet of dark wild berry fruits, licorice, rich soil, rose hip and orange peel. On the palate, the wine is medium-bodied, bright and expansive, with velvety tannins and a crunchy core of primary fruit, its bright line of acidity carrying through to the mouthwatering finish.

A nose of very attractive ripe red berries and plums that deliver a fresh impression with cocoa and sweet baking spices. The palate has a smooth yet powerful core with lively, dense and rich dark berries. Ripe and approachable finish.

The 2018 Lytton Springs is a blend of 72% Zinfandel, 18% Petite Sirah, 8% Carignane and 2% Mataro. The nose is lush and open, with aromas of aniseed, red and blue berries, blood orange and earth plus touches of tobacco leaf and dried flowers. The medium-bodied palate combines intense, powerful flavors with a more ethereal, silty structure, and it finishes with loads of juicy layers. It's stunning straight from bottle but will have more to give with time in the cellar.

The color is a deep garnet red. The nose of the “Haute Pierre” has strong spicy aromas that reveal a rich, powerful body that is delicate, yet has a tightly-knit tanninc framework. On the palate, the wine is rich and unctuous, revealing intense licorice-like flavors

Deep ruby in color, Austin Hope Cabernet Sauvignon expresses aromas of fresh black currants and cherries accompanied by subtle smoky notes and dried spices. On the palate, this lavish powerful wine is layered with juicy blackberry, ripe cherry, vanilla bean and brown butter. It's full-bodied and rich, balanced by a touch of bright acidity and firm polished tannins.

A classic expression of Napa Valley Merlot, this wine offers alluring aromas of lush cherry, raspberry, cocoa, and freshly baked pie crust. The cherry and raspberry notes are echoed on the silky palate, where fine-grained tannins and flavors of ripe plum, blueberry, licorice, and subtle baking spice draw the wine to a long, elegant finish.

Plenty of perfume here with abundant roses and violets, as well as spice-dusted red cherries and hints of orange rind. The palate has depth and density with a sense of power and detail to the tannins. Long, dense and fresh.

Aromas of tar, spice and dried berries follow through to a medium body with stewed fruit and chewy tannins. Medium body. Juicy finish.
